Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Incredible dining experience. Phenomenal pasta. Homemade pasta was absolutely amazing. Pasta dishes still taste great and perfectly seasoned when cooled down. Tasty desserts. Giovanni and Binny were professional, personal and friendly. I had lunch here, might come back for dinner. Highly recommended!"
"We came from Japan and visited them twice both lunch and dinner. Their dishes are so delicious! I recommend seafood pasta to you! And the clerks are so good! Especially, a lady clerk will be always smiling even if when you don’t pronounce well and can't decide on just one thing to order from a wide variety of menu items. ———————— Thank you very much! If we visit Roma again, we definitely visit you!"
"We got the idea of coming to Osteria Emasi after eating at its sister restaurant Trattoria Cecio (which I also highly recommend) Ordered food: (pictured) Sea bass carpaccio Parmigiana di melanzane (Eggplant and cheese antipasto) Porcara Pinsa Fettuccine con funghi, salsiccia e tartufo (Fettuccine with truffle and mushroom) Would get all of it again. All were extremely flavorful and everything we expected from an Italian restaurant. Even the bread is worth mentioning since it had a nice crust yet was soft on the inside. Loved the food so much that we went back for lunch. Ordered another pinsa that did not disappoint along with a beloved carbonara. The tomato sauce for the pinsas were always so flavorful. It's bread always so fresh. In general this restaurant has very fresh pastas and breads. 10/10 if you are in Rome you definitely should stop here for food. Also the servers are so professional and treat their customers with respect. They do not bother people walking by."
"Absolutely delicious meal. The pasta was cooked perfectly and well portioned, the steak was tender and juicy, and the tiramisu was light and airy. Our server, Billy was attentive and had some great suggestions."
"What a perfect restaurant to experience all that we hoped for at dinner during our visit to Rome! We sat outside and enjoyed watching people walk by. We had a bottle of red wine that was most excellent. The staff was so friendly and attentive. Billy and Gulia took care of us. They were both WONDERFUL! We had the eggplant and meatball appetizers along with the flat bread. We also had the pepper and cheese pasta. Every dish was simply DELICIOUS! We enjoyed after dinner drinks as well. I STRONGLY recommend this fine restaurant to anyone who appreciates great service, food and drink!"
"The food was outstanding and definitely the highlight. The staff was nice, but service felt a little disengaged and we didn’t get much attention during the meal."
"We came here after the other restaurant turned out to be closed for a month, despite their google listing not being updated. Very glad we did! The food was terrific. The truffle ravioli was amazing. So was everything else. Very nice interior, modern Italian vibes. Our kids enjoyed it and so did we."
"We had a fantastic experience at this beautiful restaurant in Rome! The place is spotless, stylishly decorated. Everything feels fresh and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish we tried was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. A special shout-out to Billy, our waiter, who truly made our meal here unforgettable. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel like valued guests from the moment we walked in. His service added a personal touch that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you’re in Rome and looking for a great place to eat in a lovely setting with amazing service, don’t miss this spot!"
